My parents have owned a small cigar store for over 15 years. I noticed that when our internet went out, it caused a lot of hassle - my mom had to make multiple calls and spend hours getting everything back up and running. This inspired me to create TIM systems, so that when your local business goes out, the owner or manager only needs to make one call to get back up and running.
